The Evil Within's God Mode cheat on PC may make you invincible, but it doesn't protect against cosmetic damage like, oh say, losing your head.
YouTuber GamebillStudio captured this peculiar turn of events, which was initially believed to be a glitch. Bethesda has since confirmed to VG247 that this is fact not a bug, but rather just something that happens to you when you get beheaded with God Mode enabled.
Equal parts funny and scary, it certainly suits the game's comically gruesome tone. My hats (heads?) off to the dev for this one.
