  • New James Bond Film's Female Stars Showcased in Featurette

Following July's trailer for the forthcoming James Bond adventure Spectre, a new featurette has been released, focusing upon the female stars of the film.
Entitled The Bond Women of Spectre, the video introduces the "mysterious" new characters played by Italian icon Monica Bellucci and rising French star Léa Seydoux.
Bellucci describes her role, Lucia Sciarra, as an "Italian widow with secrets," while director Sam Mendes explains that Seydoux's character of Madeleine Swann is "soulful, feisty, and complicated".
Spectre will be Daniel Craig's fourth outing as Bond. In a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, Mendes explained that previous three films had created a backstory for 007, of which Spectre is the culmination.
"The Bond creation myth never happened," Mendes said. "I felt there was an opportunity there: What made him? And who were the people who affected him along the way? You're sort of telling the story backwards of how Bond became Bond."
Spectre also stars Christoph Waltz, Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, and Ben Whishaw, and arrives in cinemas on November 6, 2015.
