Double Fine "optimistic" of regaining Stacking, Costume Quest rights

Double Fine has said it is hopeful of regaining the rights to its downloadable gems Costume Quest and Stacking from defunct publisher THQ.
The Tim Schafer-led company still holds the IP for the games, meaning it can make more whenever it chooses (yes please!).
But it currently lacks the distribution rights to Costume Quest and Stacking on consoles - and the money from each sale. The company handled PC publishing duties for the games itself.
