The long-awaited matchmaking update for Xbox One first-person shooter Halo: The Master Chief Collection launches this evening, developer 343 has confirmed.It will be available mid-late afternoon Pacific Time, 343 said on Halo Waypoint. Pacific is eight hours behind UK time so we're looking at a late evening release on these shores.
The patch addresses the matchmaking issues that have plagued the game since release, as well as user interface problems.
