PlayStation 4 has sold 18.5 million units worldwide

PlayStation 4 has sold 18.5 million units worldwide as of 4th January, Sony has announced in a Japanese press release (via Gematsu).
Evidently 4.1 million of those sales were made during the period between 23rd November and 4th January.
Sony also noted that PlayStation Plus subscriptions surpassed 10.9m as of 2nd January.
