Red Ash, Keiji Inafune's spiritual successor to Mega Man Legends, has fallen $280K shy of its $800k Kickstarter goal upon its campaign coming to a close today.The good news is that its prologue, a roughly eight-hour affair called Red Ash: The KalKanon Incident, will still be made for PC, PS4 and Xbox One as Chinese company Fuze Entertainment funded this part of the project.
Furthermore, its anime spin-off, Red Ash: Magicicada, achieved its $150k goal with an ending tally of $162,882 across 1869 backers. Comparatively, the Red Ash game had 6550 backers.
