    Headphones, Reinvented

That's the pitch for Vie Shair, new gamer-friendly headphones that aim to be "pain free."
"Traditional headphones are painful because they create pressure and generate heat," reads a line from the product's Kickstarter page. "They're also subtractive, in that they take you out of your environment, which makes communication difficult and awkward."
The Vier Shair headphones, on the other hand, sport a 3D-modeled air frame design that "floats the speaker just off your ear, and is extremely comfortable to wear."
The team is looking for $150,000 on Kickstarter to bring them to market.
