  • Rick and Morty co-creator's first VR game is out now, for free

    Back in August Rick and Morty co-creator Justin Roiland announced a new game studio called Squanchtendo. Now that studio has released its first game, Accounting, made in collaboration with Crows Crows Crows, the studio formed by The Stanley Parable designer William Pugh.
    Accounting requires HTC Vive and a free space of two by 1.5 meters. That's a pretty big barrier to entry, but the good news is that the game itself is free.
    What's it about? Well, if its trailer is any indication, it feels very Rick and Morty, with an angry cloud neurotically shrieking obscenities at you for infiltrating his space. After all, just because VR lets you visit virtual worlds, doesn't necessarily mean that the worlds you visit will want you there. This begs the question: If your feelings are hurt in the virtual world, are they hurt in real life as well?
