The company behind Kinect's motion-sensing technology has been bought by Apple, the iPhone and iPad maker has confirmed.PrimeSense provided the key sensors found in Microsoft's Xbox 360 version of Kinect, although it did not work with the firm again for Xbox One.
A report by Wall Street Journal tech blog AllThingsD claims the deal was worth $360 million, an easy sum for the cash-rich Apple.
