Lucasfilm has abandoned the trademark for cancelled video game Star Wars 1313.According to a note on the website of the United States Patent and Trademark Office, it was abandoned on 23rd December 2013 (thanks, The Escapist).
While it's possible it could be revived at some point, it looks like the end for the once promising Star Wars game.
