Assassin's Creed 1 & 2's creative director Patrice Désilets has announced that the debut title at Panache Digital Games, the Montréal-based studio he recently founded with Assassin's Creed producer Jean-Francois Boivin, will be a "third-person historical-action-survival game."
Désilets was mum on the details in his cryptic announcement, but he noted that it will be a "AAA" title and that he's a huge fan of big budget blockbusters.
"AAA Games, I believe in them," he said. "I believe wholeheartedly that this medium we call 'video games' can be a positive force for change in our society and that AAA quality gaming experiences have unmatched strength to achieve this. I believe that, somehow, I succeeded in my mission. This gives me great motivation, ambition and heart to continue the adventure."
