BioWare has shared notes for Dragon Age: Inquisition Patch 3, "upcoming" on PC and to follow on console.This is primarily a 'fix stuff' patch, concentrating on righting party-member personal quest bugs and addressing some multiplayer issues.
You'll be able to 'push to talk' during end-of-match menus, presumably so you can gloat, and there's a new multiplayer Destruction route and fiery Elven Ruin, too.
