This War of Mine now has scenario and character editors

Civilian war simulator This War of Mine's new 1.3 update is now available on Steam and it adds a slew of new content including scenario and characters editors, two new locations, and a couple more tunes on its soundtrack.
The Scenario Editor allows players to craft their own situations by choosing which characters to involve, the length of the conflict, where to set the scene, and what the weather will be like.
You can even create your own cast with the Character Editor. This allows you to choose how the NPCs look, what skills they have, and even write their bios.
