Bethesda confirms Fallout 4 1080p30 on consoles, unrestricted on PC

UPDATE: Bethesda has clarified that, as expected, Fallout 4 will run 1080p30 on consoles but be unrestricted on PC.
ORIGINAL STORY: Fallout 4 will run at 1080p30 "on everything", game director Todd Howard has said - presumably referring to PS4 and Xbox One versions, not PC.
The resolution and frame-rate he confirmed to Digital Spy at E3.
