UCLA School of Law uses trademarked Rock Band 4 images in promo

UCLA School of Law failed to uphold its own standard when it used trademarked Rock Band 4 images in a piece of marketing material paying tribute to one of its alumni.
The ad in question honoured its 2010 Alumnus of the Year, John Branca, after Billboard named him one of its Power 100 for how he handled his duties as co-*executor of Michael Jackson's estate.
"UCLA School of Law is proud to congratulate all of the Power 100 honorees, especially our alumnus John Branca," the law school said in an ad underneath icons ripped straight out of Harmonix's playbook. "We join Billboard in recognising his outstanding achievements in the music industry."
