  • Best Stuff in Comics This Week

Every week, we take a look at some of the most bizarre, exciting, and downright unique things to happen in comics. Check out our choices below of the strange and wacky things that shouldn't be overlooked from this week's releases.
There may be some tiny spoilers ahead.

Bill & Ted Go to Hell #3

Best Way to Get to Heaven (From Hell)
Napoleon and his minions are on their way to Heaven, from Hell, and they get there in a way only Bill & Ted fans could truly appreciate: a waterslide. However, this waterslide works in reverse, from bottom to top, except for Bill & Ted.

Avengers Standoff: Assault on Pleasant Hill: Omega

    Best Timer
During a very serious moment in Avengers Standoff, a timer is revealed with a very descriptive name: "Countdown Timer Clock." Villains always pick the best brand names.

Avengers Standoff: Assault on Pleasant Hill: Omega

Best Ridiculous Moment from Iron Man's History
While discussing Steve Rogers de-aging, Tony Stark brings up the time he was teenage Tony Stark, a dark time in his history he apparently never wanted to talk about again.

    Sinestro #22

    Best Kitty Moment
Everyone's favorite blood-thirsty space-cat, Dex-Starr, is back this week and he returned with a bang, by ripping someone's face apart.

    All-New Wolverine #7

    Worst Reaction to Meeting Wolverine
Wolverine is at the door, but this kid was expecting the grizzled, cigar smoking Canadian, who has a knack for saying "bub." Currently, X-23 is Wolverine, and she's a lady.

    All-New Wolverine #7

    Best Reaction to Meeting Wolverine
Squirrel Girl and Wolverine are having themselves a team-up! To commemorate the occasion, Squirrel Girl wants to take a selfie, but only if Wolverine is wearing her mask.

    Saga #36

    Best Father/Daughter Reuniting Moment
Saga is all about large moments that invoke some sort of emotion from the reader. Many times, the reader will feel shock or disgust, but this past week, when Marko reunited with his daughter, Hazel, there were feelings of hope and joy for the family.

    Batman #51

    Best Batmobile Accessory
The Batmobile has everything, right? However, in issue #51, we found out it has some pretty sweet camouflage capabilities. It can disguise itself as any car Batman wants.

    Batman #51

    Best Advice from Batman
While having a chat with someone to get some information, Batman gives a great piece of advice before disappearing into the shadows: "Stay in school." Hopefully, he'll end every conversation, now on, with some life advice.

    Daredevil #6

    Most Brutal Beatdown
Elektra really took the fight to Daredevil this week, landing a few blows and a wicked knee to the face.

    Harley Quinn #27

Best Reason to Always Carry an Extra Charger
While Red Tool was trying to show Harley Quinn his secret origin video on his tablet, he ran out of batteries. It's always a good idea to keep an extra charger on you.

    Harley Quinn #27

    Best Word Bubbles
Word bubbles are traditionally circular and have a white background with black lettering. All of Red Tool's word bubbles were shaped like tools, with red lettering and yellow backgrounds.

    All-New Wolverine #7

Best Way To Greet Someone in the Middle of the Night
In order to make an impression, Squirrel Girl shows up to greet Wolverine with a wolverine. How is that wolverine not tearing Squirrel Girl apart?

    Venom: Space Knight #6

    Best Looking Alien
Flash Thompson has an alien friend: Pik Rollo. She's a mercenary space panda. She may look cute and cuddly, but she'll kill you in seconds.

    Cyborg #10

    Best Way to Fish
Cyborg took a moment to do some fishing this week. How does Cyborg fish? He does it by making a fishing pole out of his cybernetic arm.

    Grayson #19

Best Dark Knight Returns Reference not in DKIII
Surprisingly, this reference to the DC classic, Dark Knight Returns, didn't take place in DK III: The Master Race. The iconic silhouette in front of a lightning bolt happened in this week's issue of Grayson.

    Patsy Walker AKA Hellcat! #5

Best Use of a Magical Bag
When you have a bag that can hold an infinite number of items, it's obvious that the best thing you can do with it is to help you move your stuff. Hellcat has the right idea.

    The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl #7

Most Classy Introduction to a Comic
Squirrel Girl sure had an interesting opening page this week. It featured the planet-eating, cosmic being Galactus hanging out in a robe and drinking a fancy drink.
