Your fondest Obsidian game memories

In September we asked you to share your favourite moments from an Obsidian game and we, on behalf of Paradox, dangled prizes in front of you in return: consoles for the two winners, PC Pillars of Eternity and Tyranny keys for the 10 runners-up. And you answered in your droves.
In the end there were more than 300 moments to read through but doing so was a real pleasure. I really mean that. Nowhere have I ever read a more convincing argument for why Obsidian Entertainment is a treasure of a developer than in your collected moments.
Stood next to each other your moments show not only the variety of games Obsidian has made but the breadth and depth of detail and freedom within them. They show Obsidian's desire to challenge preconceptions and play with formulas in order to surprise us, and they show how deep in our minds strong stories and characters can burrow.
