  • BitFenix Announces "Survivor White" Mid-Tower Gaming Case

Looking for a mid-tower chassis that won't break the bank? If so, BitFenix is hoping you'll be drawn to the company's new Survivor White chassis for gamers. At $109 MSRP, it's a pretty affordable enclosure with "elegant styling" and "ruggedized features engineered for the mobile digital warrior," BitFenix says. It also boasts the same SoftTouch surface treatment that's quickly becoming a staple of BitFenix cases.
"Like the classic Survivor, the case maintains all of its classic aesthetics including the uniquely curved design that helps to protect Survivor White and the hardware inside during transportation," BitFenix explains. "Proprietary BitFenix SofTouch surface treatment helps protect it from stains and scratches, while the Blue LED BitFenix logo adorning the front of the case offers a subtle look that users can turn also on and off at a press of a button."
For LAN party goers, a carry handle on top pops up when you need to transport the case, and snaps back in place when not in use. The I/O panel is also hidden, sitting behind a cover that opens to reveal the LED on/off controls, audio jacks, power and reset buttons, eSATA port, two USB 2.0 ports, and two USB 3.0 ports, BitFenix says.

Other notable features include a removable hard drive cage to accommodate extra-long graphics cards, space for up two 200mm fans or three 120mm fans, internal cable management cutouts, dust filters, and a tool-less design.
BitFenix says the Survivor White will be on store shelves by the end of the month.
