XCOM: Enemy Unknown's Slingshot DLC Now Available

It hasn't even been a full month since XCOM: Enemy Unknown launched to the public, yet you can already get your hands on the first story-driven DLC. 2K Games and Fireaxis announced that the Slingshot Content Pack is now available to purchase for Windows PC ($6.99), PlayStation 3 ($6.99), and Xbox 360 (560 Microsoft Points).
The add-on pack includes a new Triad operative, three new maps and linked Council missions set in China, a bunch of new weapons and armor, and a few other goodies.
XCOM: Enemy Unknown has been generally well received. Our sister magazine, PC Gamer, gave it an 87/100 score while lauding its "emotion-wringing turn-based storytelling." If you don't already own the game, a free, two-level demo of the single player tutorial campaign is available on Steam
