who is moneyman

I was recently in a game on hpII, playing the tank map. I ran into someone by the name of [bia]moneyman. Now I realize that he is not a member of our clan because he is not on the list. This individual decided to attack me verbally as soon as I entered the game. If anyone has any idea why he did this please let me know. This was very disturbing to me. Thank you all in advance for your help.
