Server commands for E.T.

Hey

We have our own clan server ( for E.T.) now and i was wondering if any of you now some good site with all the information about how i can change the settings and confg of the server.

So how can i get in de server confg. ( command ) I have the rconpass so i want to now how ????

A good server guide for E.T. or are they the same of RTCW ?
Hope somebody can help me

TGH i have send a mail to Andi ( |BoB|Nocoonsno with everything in it so talk to Andi )
You are always welkom to play with use
First i want the server to run the way i want ( now everything is standard on the server ( PB , FF on , campgne mode , 14 players ) i have a little trouble with the respawn time ( 30 sec ) can't get it to 10 second , but working on it.
I have the confg via a Ftp server so i can change many things like put new maps on and many more ......

In the near future we will set up some friendly scrims with |AoD|, [BiA] , DXII , {oWn} and other clans
