Well I never siad that the game was an acurate protrial of WWII. But I am going on game facts. Plus these guys say they have played every frist shoter out there. Dont ask me what his point was suppose to be but it seems he didnt spend anough time with Wolf. I just happen to be the wife of a man who plays almost every chance he gets. And Im half the time here watching him play. I just dont like people calling my husband an Idiot and that all wolf players are lazy americans that know nothing. Half you guys could probably careless ( I know my husband does) that the game is somewhat a protrail of WWII. He just likes the fact that he gets to blow S*** up and Goomba people! LOL Im just trying to say no matter what you all call the danged thing its still a rocket launcher. Hell you all could call the dang thing the Big Fing Cheese. It wouldnt matter its still a rocket launcher. The fact that you all call it a Panzer for short for Panzerfuast isnt laziness or stupidty.

Its slang. In game if your typing a message you don't have time to write out:

Hey chaps, there is an established enemy on the second floor of that swell dwelling, near the church, and would appreciate someone to use a rocket launcher panzerfaust to evict them, thank you so kindly...


Just say:

panzer 2nd floor cafe

or


Hey dear lads, there is an enemy soldier utilizing a panzerfaust on the second floor of that keen dwelling, near the church, and would appreciate you fine lads, to take note if you happen upon him....


Just say:
enemy panzer 2nd floor cafe


Dunno its slang in the game. Do you call your television a TV? Do you call your car an automobile? A pilot an aviation operator? Do you say RTCW or Return to Castle Wolfenstein, or just wolf?

I think I should start playing Wolf more often. Although I suck at first person games. I have tried before but I only stay alive for maybe ten seconds at a time LOL! Id defintely be an imberasment to my husband.

well its called a panzer since we don't have panzer type tanks in the game or any other tank for that matter, and dying every ten seconds doesn't matter cause u respawn anyway, lol!

Yes, you should get into game more, we all started somewhere.. but you might have to invest in a second pc lol I know Andor likes his game.

We do use slang for panzerfausts, panzers, panz, noob tube.. mainly because when you are being shot at you dont have time to type that much lol Which in reality, is accurate..In WW2 there were shorts for just about everything that the soldiers used, to save time, and to save lives.

As for your friends and their 'silly American' comments, tell them Wolfers are by no means idiots, we have daily lives, jobs, families, educations.. I for one am an avid Wolfer, an Aussie, a mother, part time librarian and a Grad student in Archeaology, Ancient History and Worlds Religion, so that kinda blows half their theory out the window
