i'm back somewhat

I'm finally back and feeling somewhat better.after bouncing around with a fever between 99.6 to 103.6 fever.i almost went to the hospital if it was to reach 104deg.Now, i just have a nasty cough and barely have a voice[should come back in a few days] and medicine head....So i be around now if ya guys are lookin
